  • Can I make changes to my booking once it is confirmed?
    We are happy to accommodate changes 30 days prior to your service date where it is possible, less than 30 days prior to your service date we will try our best to accommodate changes but can't make any promises.
  • Where is Goldie Bloom Events located?
    We're at 122 Prince Charles Parade, Kurnell NSW 2231. Our studio is a little cottage located behind the big house on the water that you'll see from the street so please don't park in the driveway (or the neighbours driveway), there is usually plenty of parking on the street. Just give us a call or text to let us know you have arrived and we will bring your items to you.
  • How do I have a sign custom designed and made for me?
    Just make an enquiry and let us know what you're thinking! We love making custom creations, and if you're not sure what you want then we are happy to throw some ideas out there for you to consider!
  • What happens if hired items are damaged?
    A replacement fee is listed with each item on the website and on your invoice. We are fair and understand that accidents happen and we are happy to repair items where we can. In the time we have been in business we've observed that there is usually one or two napkins that either go missing or are badly stained and incur the replacement fee however we have not had anything else require a full replacement.
  • How do I organise a quote and how do I make a booking?
    Fill in the enquiry form at the end of each page letting us know the details of your enquiry and we will get back to you within 24 hours via email
  • What if I want to book something that is not found on Goldie Bloom Events booking page?
    Simply make an enquiry, we will let you know if we can custom make something for you
  • When is pick up and drop off?
    Our pick up days are Thursday and Friday each week between 3pm and 8pm, if you require a time outside of these then this may be considered. All hire items are due back by Tuesday with the exception of linens which are due back the day after your event. this is to prevent the linens from being damaged, if this is not possible then it is your responsibility to wash the linens on a gentle cycle ensuring stains are removed.
  • Does Goldie Bloom Events service areas outside of the Sutherland Shire?
    Yes, areas outside of the Sutherland Shire do incur a travel fee however we are not unreasonable in our pricing, just ask for an estimate
