
REFRESHMENT PACKAGE (SET UP & PACK DOWN)
Service Description
Our refreshment package is ideal for providing guests with beverages following your ceremony. We will deliver and set up prior to your ceremony and we will pack down and take away following your ceremony (within the Sutherland Shire, other areas please contact us for a tailored quote). Package includes: * White washed timber table which can be left as is or we can provide a tablecloth of your choice from our range * 2 crystal beverage dispensers filled with water * Hand crafted signage 'please enjoy a beverage after the ceremony' * 30 coupe glasses OR 30 wine glasses + 20 water glasses (extra glassware additional fee) * Tray to elevate glassware * 2 tasteful drinks tubs filled with ice * 1 waste bin * 2 tealight candles * 2 hurricane candle holders with candle included For those who wish to DIY please see our DIY Dry Hire Bar section. DIY fee is $250. Please note that beverages are not included in either package. To proceed with your booking enquiry please select the date your event is being held from the calendar.












Cancellation Policy
All bookings once confirmed as available by Goldie Bloom Events & Floral require a non-refundable 25% deposit. For clients hiring items, this deposit ensures that your item/s are available for your event date. For clients utilising us for on the day services / labour, this deposit ensures our availability and any items you may have hired. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event. Once this has been paid there are no refunds as a lot of the planning and/or pre-work has been done. There are no exceptions.
