Please read these Terms of Service carefully before hiring any items or engaging any services from Goldie Bloom Events & Floral (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Overview
Goldie Bloom Events & Floral provides hire items and styling services for weddings and events. This includes decorative items, floral arrangements, furniture, signage, and installations. Some items are delivered and set up by us, while others are available for dry hire (delivery or customer pickup).
2. Booking & Payment

A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your hire date and items.

Full payment is required no later than 14 days before the event.

Quotes are valid for 7 days and subject to availability until a booking fee is received.

Changes to the booking must be submitted in writing and may incur additional charges.
3. Hire Period

Standard hire period is 5 days (Thurs to Tues)

Longer hire periods are available by request and may incur an additional fee.

All items must be returned (or ready for pickup) at the agreed time. Late returns will incur late fees.
4. Delivery, Setup & Collection

Dry Hire: Customer is responsible for collecting and returning items in original condition.

Delivery/Setup: Where agreed, we will deliver and/or install items at your event location. This may include floral installations, arches, signage, or ceremony backdrops.

The client must provide clear access to the venue and communicate any site-specific requirements.

Additional delivery/setup fees apply based on location, complexity, and access.

Once installed or delivered, the client is responsible for the safekeeping of all items.
5. Damage, Loss & Cleaning

All hire items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.

Damage, loss, or missing parts will be charged at full replacement cost.

Cleaning fees may be charged for items returned excessively dirty (e.g., wax, food, or drink stains).
6. Responsibility & Risk

Risk in the hire items passes to the client upon delivery or collection and remains with the client until items are returned or collected by us.

Goldie Bloom Events & Floral is not responsible for injury or damage caused by the misuse of hire items.

The client is responsible for ensuring the security and proper use of all hire items during the event period.
7. Cancellations & Postponements

The 25% booking fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations within 14 days of the event will not be refunded.

Postponements are subject to availability and must be requested in writing. A new booking fee may be required if your original date cannot be rescheduled.
8. Floral Installations

Where floral arrangements are included in your hire, substitutions may occur due to seasonal availability or quality control.

We use foam-free, sustainable methods whenever possible and reserve the right to make design decisions on site to ensure quality and safety.

All florals must be handled by Goldie Bloom Events & Floral unless prior agreement is made.
9. Photography & Promotion

We reserve the right to take photographs of our work and use them in marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing.

10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to deliver services or hire items due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, or natural disasters. In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule or offer a partial refund at our discretion.
11. Agreement
